US-based NextEra Energy Resource will sell its hydro-generation assets in New Hampshire and Maine to a unit in Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners. 

 

According to Bloomberg, the sale is based on an enterprise value of around $760m and includes $700m of non recourse debt.

The details of the deal's price was not disclosed.

Last week, NextEra Energy completed an installation of a 400MW wind farm in Colorado.
