China-based solar technology manufacturer ENN Solar Energy plans to boost its operations and partnerships with further investment in the near future.

The US is one of its primary target markets for the year ahead, but it also plans to continue to invest in Europe and other non-domestic markets.
The company said it also intends to enhance cooperation with local project integrators, developers and engineers this year.
ENN Solar Energy COO Dr De-ling Zhou said, ‘ENN will continue to invest in power plants in Europe, America, and other overseas markets.
‘With time, and growing competition in the solar energy sector, ENN Solar Energy plans to emphasise service, expanding overseas power plants investment, and increasing partnerships on various stages of the solar project.’
The solar manufacturer neared achieving its goal of expanding into Europe, the US, the Middle East and North Africa last year.
The company’s modules were recently incorporated into a 3.2MW solar plant in Mastershausen, Germany, which began powering the grid late last year.
ENN said it expects to complete a 5MW thin-film project it has started work on at a landfill site in New Jersey, within the next few months.
