a. To interview national trainee candidates for the SSO EXPERT training

b. To visit 6-8 plants identified as potential partners for the SSO EXPERT training

 

 

Agenda for Mission 1 - Moldova SSO Program

Day 1 – Sunday, 8th of July

Arrival day at Chisinau.

Day 2 – Monday, 9th of July

08:30-09:30: Kick-off meeting in the lobby of Vila Natali Hotel.

10:00-13:00: Visit to prospective partner plant #11 – JLC SA Chisinau (milk processing). Meet the Plant Manager & his Management team, explain the UNIDO mission, request their enthusiastic participation to benefit from the UNIDO program.

13:00-14:00: lunch time

14:30-17:00: Visit to prospective partner plant #2 – Carmez SA Chisinau (meat processing). Meet the Plant Manager & his Management team, explain the UNIDO mission, request their enthusiastic participation to benefit from the UNIDO program.

Day 3 – Tuesday, 10th of July

09:00-12:30: Visit to prospective partner plant #3 – Floare-Carpet SA Chisinau (carpets production). Meet the Plant Manager & his Management team, explain the UNIDO mission, request their enthusiastic participation to benefit from the UNIDO program.

13:00-14:00: lunch time

14:30-17:00: Visit to prospective partner plant #4 – Efes Vitanta Moldova Brewery Chisinau (beer production). Meet the Plant Manager & his Management team, explain the UNIDO mission, request their enthusiastic participation to benefit from the UNIDO program.

Day 4 – Wednesday, 11th of July

09:00-12:00: Visit to prospective partner plant #5 – Bucuria SA Chisinau (candies and sweets production). Meet the Plant Manager & his Management team, explain the UNIDO mission, request their enthusiastic participation to benefit from the UNIDO program.

12:00-13:00: lunch time

1 Target to visit 2 plants in each day

13:00-14:00: driving to Orhei

14:00-17:00: Visit to prospective partner plant #6 – Orhei-Vit SA Orhei (cannery production). Meet the Plant Manager & his Management team, explain the UNIDO mission, request their enthusiastic participation to benefit from the UNIDO program.

Day 5 – Thursday, 12th of July

06:30-09:30: driving to Cupcini

09:30-12:00: Visit to prospective partner plant #7 – Natur Bravo SA Cupcini (cannery production). Meet the Plant Manager & his Management team, explain the UNIDO mission, request their enthusiastic participation to benefit from the UNIDO program.

12:00-13:30: driving to Drochia

13:30-14:30: lunch time

14:30-17:00: Visit to prospective partner plant #8 – Sudzucker SA Drochia (sugar production). Meet the Plant Manager & his Management team, explain the UNIDO mission, request their enthusiastic participation to benefit from the UNIDO program.

17:00-19:30: driving to Chisinau

Day 6 – Friday, 13th of July

09:00-13:00: Interview of candidates.

13:00-14:00: lunch time

14:00-16:00: Review with PMU the interview findings, and select the prospective NE candidates.

14:00-16:00: Wrap-up with local PMU, decide the dates for 2nd mission, short-list the partner plants & National Expert candidates, identify any additional needs for SSO User Training in 2nd Mission.

Day 7 Saturday, 14th of July

Departure day from Chisinau
