Maltby will enter the role with over a decade's experience. In 2007, he held the position of group director of the UK Commercial Bank of Lloyds Banking Group, before which, he was CEO of the Kensington Group for seven years.

 

Maltby, said, 'I am excited to be joining the board of what is an exciting and forward-thinking company.
