Spanish wind energy company Gamesa has sold a 30MW onshore wind farm in Poland to German utilityRWE, for an undisclosed price.

The facility is located in the north-east of the country and is comprised of 15 turbines.
This marks the third Polish wind deal in a year and a half between the two companies, following sales of a 14MW project in July 2011 and a 32MW plant in January this year.
Gamesa owns a wind energy portfolio in Eastern Europe with a total capacity of 783MW, with assets located in Poland, Romania and Bulgaria.
At the end of last month, the Spanish company announced it is developing a new business strategy, following a disappointing first half that saw the business lose €33m.
