Kupper Parker Communications, a provider of integrated marketing communications solutions for middle-market businesses in the US, is preparing for an imminent merger with solar developer Texas Solar Power.

Kupper’s board has agreed to change the objectives of the corporation to reflect the pending Solar Power merger and approved a 40 to 1 reverse split of outstanding shares.
Its board also agreed to relocate offices to Sherry Lane in Dallas, Texas from its previous base in Chicago, Illinois in line with the impending merger.
Texas Solar Power specialises in the design, sale and installation of solar equipment and systems for residential, commercial, institutional and government customers.
Although the companies have not announced a name change, it looks likely that the commercial aspects of Texas Solar Power will be bolstered following the merge and that the new entity will continue to centre its operations in Texas.
