Numarul de certificate verzi emise in luna octombrie 2011 au crescut cu 34% comparativ cu perioada similara a anului trecut, si cu 39% fata de luna septembrie 2011. Astfel, in luna octombrie 2011 au fost emise 148.291 certificate verzi, fata de 96.961 in octombrie 2010 si 90.328 in septembrie 2011, potrivit datelor Transelectrica.
