Siemens wins order for 15 European solar PV plants
Siemens has been contracted to construct and supply modules for 15 photovoltaic (PV) plants with a combined capacity of 25MW for Sun Development. Six of these developments with a capacity of 16.7MW will be in Italy and the remainder of the projects are in France, Martinique and Guadeloupe. |

Enel Green Power completes Greek wind farm
Enel Green Power has completed the installation of a 5MW wind farm on the Greek island of Crete bringing the company’s installed wind capacity in the country to 186MW. The small six turbine facility is the latest in a series of projects for Enel which also operates a hydro electric power station in Greece. |

Farm Power completes 1,100 panel PV installation in Dorset, UK
UK clean energy developer Farm Power has completed a 305kW photovoltaic (PV) system near the south coast of England in Dorset. The 1,100 panel system is located at Slepe Farm, near Poole, and was connected to the grid just 100 days after receiving planning consent from Purbeck District Council. The facility was constructed by energy efficiency solutions company Anesco. |

Market conditions will determine future strategy, says Solar Millennium
